Individual Counseling

Individual sessions feature 90 minutes of one-on-one talk time. The session focuses on working with the individual to problem solve, highlight strengths and to explore and set specific life goals.

Couples Counseling

Couples sessions feature 90 minutes of discussion between therapist and couple. Couples sessions concentrate on identifying relationship problems/strengths, problem solving and exploring/setting specific relationship goals.

Family Counseling

Family sessions feature 90 minutes of discussion between family members and therapist. Family sessions concentrate on identifying relationship problems/strengths, problem solving and exploring/setting relationship goals that will enhance the functionality of the family.

Group Counseling

If you are a part of a group of friends or colleagues that is seeking professional guidance or feedback on a particular issue (i.e. female issues, weight loss, parenting, relationships, co-worker relations) you can organize a group session with Elizabeth. Group sessions focus on one particular issue and run approximately 90 minutes.
